1. What products do you sell?

We offer premium hemp clones, teens, and seeds. Our clones and teens are carefully nurtured to ensure they arrive healthy and ready for cultivation. Our seeds are sold for novelty and genetic preservation purposes.

2. How do I know if purchasing from Clone Harvest is legal?

It is your responsibility to ensure that the purchase and receipt of hemp plants and seeds is legal in your state or local jurisdiction. We only ship to states where these products are legal. Check your local laws before placing an order.

3. How do I place an order?
  • Browse our website and select the clones, teens, or seeds you want to purchase.

  • Add them to your cart and proceed to checkout.

  • Fill in your shipping and payment details.

  • After checkout, you will receive an email with simple payment instructions.

  • Once payment is completed, we’ll send you a confirmation email with tracking information for your order.

4. Do you ship outside of the U.S.?

Currently, we only ship within the United States. We do not ship internationally due to varying laws and regulations across countries.

5. How long does it take for my order to ship?

Orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days, depending on product availability. For live plants (clones and teens), we ship Monday through Wednesday to avoid weekend delays. Once your payment is completed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

6. Do you offer shipping guarantees for live plants?

Yes! If your plants arrive severely damaged or dead on arrival (DOA), please get in touch with us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos of the damage. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue, including offering replacements when applicable.

7. Can I return my clones or seeds?

Clones & Teens: We offer a limited return/replacement policy for damaged or dead plants on arrival, but returns are not accepted for healthy plants.
Seeds: Due to the nature of the product, seed sales are final and non-refundable.

9. Can I pick up my order in person?

If you’re in Northern California, local pickup may be available! Contact us directly to arrange a time for pickup and to check availability.

10. What payment methods do you accept?

We offer secure payment options through our checkout page and via emailed invoices. After completing your order, you’ll receive an email with payment instructions. Once payment is processed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.
