Shipping Policy
At Clone Harvest, we take pride in delivering healthy, vibrant plants and high-quality seeds straight from our nursery to your door. Our goal is to make sure your order arrives safe, on time, and ready to thrive.
1. Order Processing

Clones & Teens: Live plant orders are processed and shipped Monday through Wednesday to avoid weekend delays. Please allow 1–3 business days for processing before shipment.

Seeds: Seed orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
2. Shipping Methods & Carriers
We use a selection of shipping partners and private couriers (when available for local or bulk orders) to ensure the safe and timely delivery of your orders. All live plant orders are packed securely with protective materials and insulation to ensure they arrive healthy.
3. Shipping Restrictions

U.S. Only: We currently ship only within the United States to states where hemp and cannabis plant material is legal.

Know Your Local Laws: It is your responsibility to ensure that purchasing and receiving clones, teens, or seeds is legal in your jurisdiction. Clone Harvest is not liable for issues related to customs, state law restrictions, or refused deliveries due to local laws.
4. Live Arrival Guarantee
We take every step to ensure our plants arrive healthy. However, due to the nature of live products and variables during transit (weather, carrier handling, delivery delays), we offer the following policy:

Clone & Teen Replacement: If your plants arrive severely damaged or DOA (dead on arrival), contact us within 24 hours of delivery. Include clear photos of the box, packaging, and plants.

Seed Issues: All seed sales are final, but if there is an issue with your order (wrong item, missing pack, etc.), please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
We assess replacement/refund claims on a case-by-case basis. Your satisfaction is important to us.
5. Missed or Delayed Deliveries
Please track your package and be available to receive it. Clone Harvest is not responsible for packages left outside in hot or cold weather or for delays caused by the shipping carrier. We recommend being home for delivery or having your order sent to a location where someone can accept it immediately.
6. Local Pickup & Delivery
For customers in Northern California, local pickup or delivery may be available depending on order size and location. Contact us directly to inquire about availability and scheduling.
